Pensacola Beach RV Resort Rate Policies:
Check-in time for RV’s is 1:00 pm & check out is 11:00am.
- RV sites include electric, water, WIFI, sewer and cable.
- Rates are based on 2 people. Extra people (excluding children 12 and under) are $5.00 per person, per night.
- Maximum of six people per site.
- Seventy-two hour cancellation notice required on all reservations with a $25.00 cancellation fee.
- Fourteen day cancellation notice is required on holiday dates with a $50.00 cancellation fee.
- Thirty day cancellation notice required on monthly reservations with a $35.00 cancellation fee.
- Three day minimum stay is required on holiday or event weekends.
- Prices subject to change without notice
- There will be no refunds for early departure.
- We allow reservations up to 12 months in advance.
- Rates do not include taxes or SRIA fees
- 7.5% Sales Tax, 4% Bed Tax, and 2.55% SRIA Tax
- Rates are seasonally adjusted
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Cash.
- No Checks Accepted.
- 10 % Good Sam and AAA Member Discounts.
Required Deposits:
- All reservations require a deposit equal to one night stay at the then daily rate.
- Holiday and Event Deposits are equal to three night stay at the then daily rate.
